I originally got this book for my wife as a joke. She seriously couldn't do one push up, so I thought it would be funny. Surprisingly she did use it though, and is up to 15, which is impressive to me. I also started using it because I can't let my wife be better at push-ups than me, and it's really good if you follow the techniques in the book. It has tons of information, lots of pictures to help you with the positions in work outs. Super efficient work outs to help you do more push-ups. I'm up to 75 actual push-ups. Should definitely get one if you are into fitness and that stuff.
