I bought this book as an ebook and it may have very well saved my life.
I was on a downward spiral and after reading The Habit Guide, I knew I
needed to change. I am so happy that it is out in hard copy and plan on
buying several copies to give to family and friends. Everyone should have
a chance to be healthy and happy and this book is the key.
Thank you Mike Kinnaird! You saved my life!

Not to be be disrespectful, but This book could have been written by my 12 yr old. It is all common sense! No new ideas at all. I kind of feel like it is written in a demeaning tone, even though I know the author did not mean it to come across that way. It's a tiny book, I forget how many pages, and in my opinion not worth the money. I really do not understand the hype about this book!

I wanted to read this book because I was interested in habits in general. What I learned was something that will be used to map out the rest of my life. Ok that sounds like I was paid to say that, but I am not. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired or want to break a bad habit, give this book a shot. It is a short book filled with examples and actions. Of course it is up to you to apply the steps layed out for it to work, but soon they will become effortless good habits.

Mike Kinnaird's Habit Guide is a great simple read.
In our world of so much information overload where do you begin to understand why you are not finding happiness? We seem to get caught up and just let our thoughts go wild and run our lives. It can be much easier than that and "The Habit Guide" gives you a place to start and take control. It gives you a solid foundation to indentify and begin addressing important areas one by one. I use it as a simple outline to prioritize what I spend my time doing and how to organize and enjoy it. This is a well written, simple, and fun book!
