I like this book a lot! It's a great review tool. I was skeptical at first b/c it's not a big thick book from a major publisher...and honestly there are quite a few grammar and editing errors. For instance 'clutches' is used 2 times, even though 'crutches' is the correct word - used incorrectly 2 of 3 times, directly one after the other.... 'Epitasis' is used instead of 'Epistaxis'....
This initially made me very worried. If I had picked this book up at a store and skimmed through it before I bought it, and I had seen the errors ...I would have NOT bought it. In my mind,, if you have those kinds of 'stupid' errors, then you probably have major content errors too. The fact that I ordered this book online and that it wasn't cost effective to send it back, forced me to keep reading it after more than a few 'stupid' errors.....and really, I am glad I stuck with it. I did not find any content errors. Information is short and concise...no fluff...no pictures. I had to take a NCLEX predictor test which is required before I graduate next month with my BSN (you must pass with at least 95% ) and I used only this book to study from....like I said its a compact book so its pretty easy to tote around compared to other NCLEX-RN books....I passed easily with a 98. It's definitely a book I will stick with for studying for the boards.

So I am giving this 4 out of 5. The stupid errors cause this book not to get a 5. They're pretty easy to figure out..just dumb...the cost of this book, which I thought was pretty low, saved it from being a 3.

This ebook is wonderful. There are many things that I have forgotten and this book has been a wonderful source of information. I love the fact that I can take it with me on my Kindle Fire and read at moments when I am waiting at a Dr. appointment or while standing in line. It has a wealth of information and I am very pleased with this book.

It gives good ideas on how to study for the NCLEX as well a substantial amount of information a Nurse should know while working in the field. I' am currently using it as a guide to focus on exam preparation.

I purchased this book even I've couple of review books here with me, good thing I bought one,it saves me time from reading lengthy and info..what's nice about it is that the most important things we highlight in our review books are already here,no more scanning and skimming in our books,it's straight to the point, and you needed to know is right then and there. I strongly suggest you go grab a copy of this,it makes learning and remembering important facts easier..

Short to the point, inlcudes most of the important highlights of PN & RN exam. I would say its not very complete for RN, however it provides very good snap shot for most common NCLEX topics. This textbook should be used together with other reviews, it provides short and concise answers for quick study but its not comprehesive.
