This is another great entry into this intense series. The writer, E. B. Black, clearly demonstrates her knowledge of greek mythology and folklore while also making it fresh and entertaining to read. I learned stuff about the origin of the world's evils from this book. She also has a remarkable talent for writing the greek tragedy type of story. Not for the faint of heart or the easily intimidated. She pulls no punches and describes the gritty as well as the flowery. The only thing I didn't like was it was so short.
Overall, a very nice book.
