Jonathan Harnum has played trumpet for over 30 years, both professionally and for fun, has taught music at all levels for over 15 years, is currently a PhD candidate in music education at Northwestern University, and is the author of "Basic Music Theory," "All About Trumpet," and "Basic Jazz Theory."
