There are great tips to make "phone time" more productive. It can also help you understand why a prospect might bail on a sales presentation but cut a deal over drinks.

I'm a CIO for a fortune 500 company and sit through Forecast calls weekly. I was looking for a book to help me and my direct reports better understand the sales process and came upon "the forecast fatale". This is an excellent piece of work and I've made it a mandatory read for my senior IT leaders.

I also purchased copies for the head of sales, CFO, and COO.

Worth every penny!
