Joe Dispenza's book is a welcome addition to the library of anyone who is serious about taking his/her life to the next level by refusing to put up with toxic emotions and changing their outlook on themselves and their reality.

I particularly value the fact that Dr Dispenza is a scientist with degrees in neurology and chiropractice, his prose is engaging and his spiritual outlook non-dogmatic and genuinely friendly. Moreover, he has 'walked the talk' and proposes a model that anybody can have a go at without in anyway forsaking their 'true selves'.

Genuinely helpful and highly recommendable.

repetition and general presentation I found the book boring and tedious. In my opinion the book is aimed at the American market and smacks of "therapy spiel" throughout ,which tends to undermine the original subject matter.
