5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Awesome airgun scopes 28 de enero de 2013

This is my second Barska 2X7 scope. I'm impressed with the optical clarity. I have just returned two Hawke scopes to Pyramid because they would not focus properly at 10 yds. I like the mildots for shooting at tin cans in the backyard, and can shoot out to 70 yds. with my Anschutz SuperAirs and RWS 54. The mildots provide additional aim points instead of having to click the crosshairs to a new zero point. Shooters will know what I'm talking about.

Just to let you know of my qualifications to render an opinion here. I have several high end Leupolds, Unertls, Weavers, and Bushnells. I did plenty of 1000 yd. shooting at Camp Perry too - about 18 years worth. Also, I'm a long time varmint hunter.

Now days, I pretty much gravitate to the 32 mm lens size. I like to get my scopes down low over the barrel.

All the controls operate smoothly and properly. A great scope for a good price.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Nice upgrade from bundled scope 12 de julio de 2014

This is a good upgrade from the Gamo 4x32 that came with the Bull Whiper Bone Collector. I was wanting an AO x 32 scope so I could still use the rings that came with my Gamo, and also wanted a zoom with lower magnification so I could easily acquire the targets.

I took a chance on this one, seeing that it is shock rated for magnum springers, and ordered one of the used Amazon Warehouse ones for $21. When I opened the box, I was immediately impressed by the build quality, smooth focus and clear optics. So far, I have under 200 shots with this scope, but don't foresee any issues with durability.

I was also pleased with how quickly this model zeroed in, taking only four shots until was dead on, and grouping consistently. If it holds up to the springer recoil, I'll probably get another one. This has made my Gamo fun to shoot again!!

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas My Benjamin Pellet Gun is ACCURATE Again! 29 de mayo de 2014

The stock scope on my Benjamin Nitro Piston break barrel pellet rifle worked ok for a couple months. Then I could NOT get it zeroed in again. Realized that I could no longer focus and eliminate the parallax causing major accuracy issues.

Bought this more for the adjustable parallax. Didn't think I'd need more than a 4x, but man is the 7x nice for small 'targets' 25-50 yards away! The parallax distance markings should be taken with a grain of salt. I adjust based on the focus of the target and the crosshairs. Sometimes the distance markings are close, other distances are off a bit.

This scope is designed for the two-way recoil of Air rifles. Although the title specifically says "Airsoft", it works just as well on pellet rifles.

It's not a $1000 scope, but for the price, it is very nice. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Very nice optics for price 13 de octubre de 2013

After getting a little burned on the 4x32 version of this scope and getting a refund, I was still on the look out for a good airgun rated scope. I kept coming back to these models and decided to try again, this time in 2x7x32. I am happy I gave these another chance as this time I received a well rounded scope. The glass was again nice and clear and focuses very well. the matte finish was deep and dark. The power range is nice and clear at all settings and the AO works great. The cross hairs are of the thin type and are sometimes hard for me to focus on because my eye site isn't what it was but in general I can get on target fast. The mildots are nice, but again tiny and a little hard for me to pickup. Those of you with 20/20 vision or better should like it fine. For the price it is a great scope for a 22rimfire or Airgun, in my opinion.

2.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Great Scope While it Worked... 3 de junio de 2013

This scope has a great sight image, the adjustable parallax is refreshing for someone used to have a fixed parallax, and the zoom and parallax adjustment knob are clean and smooth. So you may now be asking "why the low score?" After a measly hundred rounds with the scope mounted I suddenly noticed my POI was 2 inches low at ~ 20 yards. I thought to myself how strange! As a took the cap off to adjust the POI and began slowly clicking, and felt a strange grinding feeling with each click. After only 10 clicks it would go no further.

I know you may be thinking I had pushed it beyond its adjustablility, but I assure you it was not anywhere near its upper limit. I will be returning this scope shortly. Sadly I do not know whether I should replace with the same model (as I like it so much) or try something else.
