Descripción del producto
A duo set of your favourite classic beautyblender. Forget your fingers or sharp-edged triangular sponges; these application methods waste make up and can leave visible streaks. Beautyblender sponge has a patent-pending elliptical shape which makes application fool proof by allowing you to access hard-to-reach areas with stunning ease. Its suede texture is sensual to the touch and its unique curves fit the contours of your face, leaving your make up dazzling and undetectable. Invented by top Hollywood make up artists Rea Ann Silva and Veronica Lorenz, beautyblender has been created to leave you with a professional finish and a flawless complexion, helping you look like a movie star without the pricey services of a major make up artist. Beautyblender is latex free, non-allergenic and odour free.

*Hint: don't try to cover all your imperfections in one go. Allow the first light application to dry, then apply another thin layer over the trouble areas. This makes for a more realistic coverage.

DO NOT BUY THESE!! I've had beauty blender sponges for years and I love them. However they are expensive. When I saw 2 for $20 I thought ,"what a great deal!" They arrived in a ziplock bag! And are hard to the touch. Aside from color they nothing like the real ones. Do not be fooled! If you have to spend the extra $10 for 1 and buy from Sephora. At least you know you're getting the real thing.
One of the things I avoided was buying the Beauty Blender. I had makeup sponges, brushes, and many other methods of application down under my belt, so I did not feel that I needed to pay such a high price for such a small item.
Finally, I had a chance to try out a set of two Beauty Blenders, and was surprised to find that if I had been told several things about them to begin with, I would have purchased one sooner.
HOW TO USE A BEAUTY BLENDER
-First of all, a Beauty Blender is not a conventional makeup sponge. When you put it in water, it swells up a lot bigger than it is when dry.
-Once it is wet, you squeeze out the water and then make sure that the sponge is damp.
-With the damp sponge, you carefully tap the side of the sponge that you want to use (broad for large spots and narrow for narrow areas) and you bounce the sponge off of your skin quickly and making sure that you cover a lot of area before reloading the sponge, you cover your face with makeup.
-IT WILL OFTEN LOOK LIKE YOU ARE NOT APPLYING ENOUGH- resist the temptation to apply too much.
-With the tip of the sponge, blend the areas around the nose and inner eye, etc, well but lightly.
You can also use this for cream blush and cream eyeshadow if you like(using the tip), but remember, you have to wash the sponge in between or you will get muddy makeup.
They have a special cleanser you can buy that is made for the sponge, but I use Dr Bronner's Castile soap diluted down or non sodium lauryl sulfate cleansers that are gentle (Avalon hand soap is one example) so that it won't deteriorate the sponge.
Easy to use, lasts a long time
Gives airbrush finish
Makes cream makeup products not dry out as quickly
Pink color will wash out for a while and look scary, but it is fine
Can stain with some products
WHAT THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR
This sponge is not particularly suitable for
Blush that is not cream
All in all the Beauty Blender is one of the most important tools that I have in my kit for cream foundations and blush. I use it for doing foundation on men as well as women, and when using the right products, they are virtually undetectable when using the Beauty Blender as the application tool. When using brushes or conventional cosmetic sponges, the results took more effort. It is worth the money if you use these on a regular basis or if you have special occasions you want to look just right for.
