Addressing the important role of micro-RNAs in cancer biology would be a welcome addition to any future edition. On a less important note, I found the exhaustive use of the word "yet" throughout the book to be a little irritating and often not warranted.
Overall, the book is highly engaging, very well organized and pleasant to read. I would strongly recommend it to any student or health professional interested in cancer research.
Maybe it is better to leave out some of the text or put it into supplementary materials so as not to confound the truly important stuff. One can get lost fairly easily after 10-12 pages of continuous bombardment of information, even if much of it might be familiar stuff.
