5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Good knife for the price, lightweight, sharp, and looks better than the picture. 24 de marzo de 2015

I will admit, I was raised on Buck Knives so I might be a slanted opinion. My father and uncle have owned their Buck hunting knives (105 pathfinder) longer than I have been alive and I have owned a couple myself. I bought this as my every day carry (EDC) knife because I wanted a fixed blade, I just like how they feel. I looked at Gerber and Kabar knives as well when shopping but eventually settled on this one. I was looking for a made in America knife, that was small enough to carry but large enough for all tasks I could need it for. I have had it for two weeks-ish and I think it will serve that purpose. It looks better in person than in the pictures with the drop point being a little harsher than in the picture (good in my opinion). I'll be honest that I really liked the black 'ceramic' finish or whatever they call it on the Gerber knives, but I do like the finish on this knife well enough, but I'm not ecstatic about it. It is very sturdy for being so small and light (which it is, nice weight). Came sharp enough to take a few hairs off my forearm, but not shaving sharp which is fine by me, I plan on using a stone to refine the edge when I have time. My one concern is the small edge was slightly misaligned but does not affect the sharpness.

The sheath is good, it is secure around the blade but not hard to remove. I'm interested to see how the sheath holds up as it is a plastic of some sort. I personally would rather have a leather one but I suppose a leather sheath wouldn't fit in my pocket.

By the way, I have very large hands, depending on which grip I use I can get all my fingers on it. I have very large hands (I'm 6'2'' but I have the hands of someone that would be 6'4'' or 6'5'') and it is pretty comfortable, I mean it is a skeletal handle, so you can't really expect too much anyway and I think it is a good design. If you have average or small hands you will have no problem with the size of the handle.

4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Rounds out my CSAR-T collection very nicely..... 30 de mayo de 2016

Being as I own the Buck Knives 0690BKSTP TOPS / Buck CSAR-T Fixed Blade Tactical Knife and the Buck Knives 0095BKSTP TOPS/Buck CSAR-T Tactical Folding Knife with M.O.L.L.E Compatible Sheath and also the Buck Knives 0680SSS Hex Tool Set for Tops / Buck Csar-t Knives... I figured "What the heck..." so I bought this to round out my 'collection'. I was initially surprised by how small it is (I have decent sized hands) but after wrapping some Rawlings Bat Tape (Red) around the grips... I like it just fine! I still like my Cold Steel 49HTF Mini Tac Tanto Fixed Blade Knife 3-3/4" Plain Blade more for better purchase in my hand, but this is a fine knife and I'm certain will provide many years of good use. BTW... replace the chain with something less noisy and more visually pleasing.... THEN you have a winner!

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas great knife... 28 de junio de 2014

I always carry a pocket knife with me but at work with all the safety gear I have to wear this neck knife is so accessable. it a holds it edge well and is easy to sharpen. with the Tonto point it allows me to dig into wood and I actually pick into concrete with it to expose damaged areas (minor work of course). will rust if not kept. I bought 2 of these knives at a surplus store before I found them on Amazon. I have since bought 4 from Amazon for guys on my crew and they love it. great knife tops and buck collaboration!!!! Highly recommended

I love these collaboration knives.

Tops and Buck teaming up resulted in a series of really great quality knives that have an unbelievably low price.

This as a good knife. It has stood up to some hard use and after I wipe it off it looks just like new.

The sheath is pretty good but not great. The knife is fairly large for carrying around your neck isn't too practical.

This is a great value for a good no nonsense well-made knife.

Solid build. Having it attached to a necklaceseemed unnecessary for me so I was hoping it would fit in my pocket. This knife, and sheath almost, is only as thick as as its blade, and is unnoticeable to me in my front pocket-it's like it's not there. The sheath is badass and im happy I bought this knife
