But while the content is excellent, the production values of the book are considerably less so. This appears to be a print-on-demand book in which either the original scan or the printer is of low resolution. While the print is uniformly readable, it is not always easy or enjoyable. But more annoying is that the book is missing pages in several places. And this does not seem to be an anomaly, as at least one other copy purchased from Amazon displays the same defect. While one can fill in the missing material with a visit to Google Books, that should not be necessary for a book at this price point.
Bottom line: five star content with one star printing.
