Llego a tiempo como siempre. Lo único que puedo decir negativo es que el led no se enciende al desplazar el protector de la lente y hay que hacer varios intentos

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas A Strong Handheld Magnifier that Has a Light and Can Be Completely Operated with Just One Hand 9 de junio de 2016

I love these things. I am grudgingly getting older (no, no, it's true), and I got my first pair of progressive lenses less than a year ago. My job, however, requires a great deal of reading, often old manuscripts written in a spidery hand. Even with the progressive lenses, some of those are hard work to read, especially by the end of the day when my eyes are tired, I pull this little magnifier out, and it is a godsend, Tiny print on medicine bottles, small maps, old texts, I keep one of these in my bag and a second at home. I should probably put one in every room. The little light makes it all the better. Whether the basements of old libraries or a map while navigating at night, the light comes on automatically when you slide the cover down from the magnifier -- everything one - hand operation.

I just realized that most of my Amazon reviews are four - or five - star reviews, and I thought for a moment that I am too easy to please, but no one who knows me would say that is remotely true. The fact is that I buy products with which I am normally quite happy. That is because I do the homework, and I look for reviews that seem careful, honest, and serious. I try to do the same with my reviews. I do not know if this lighted magnifier will make all your childhood dreams come true, but if you want simply a strong hand - held magnifier that has a light and that you can open and use all features with just one hand, the this one, I am confident, may work for you as well as it has for me.

Used the 3X for years and finally broke it. Bought 2 of these and both are great.

4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Powerful 5X Pocket Sized Magnifier 30 de junio de 2013

If you are looking for a high powered magnifier that is small enough to fit into your pocket or purse, than this is the one. This Carson MagniBright has the much more powerful 5X magnification, an internal light, a nice square shape for reading the tiny print on medicine bottles, the ingredients and other information on cans, packages, and bottles at the supermarket, the date on coins, etc. and it slides into an outer cover called a sleeve to prevent scratches. It is a nice size to carry in a pocket or purse but the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I would like to see the tiny rectangular lens be a little larger than the 1" X 1 1/2" size. It is economical for a more powerful 5X magnifier and is of good quality.

4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Exactly what I expected 8 de enero de 2015

This is exactly what I though it would be. Lights up well and magnifies well. No better or worse than I expected. I purchased this for looking a small items, not really for reading--I don't think it would be great for that. It fits easily in your pocket so, while you can make out print fine, you would be seeing too little to really "read" (unless you are just looking at fine print on packaging or something).

This magnifier is just what I needed. Good quality, bright LED light and nice package. My only complaint is a minor one: the viewing area of the magnifier is limited to a small center area because of edge distortion in the lens at maximum magnification. This is not a serious problem as the lens is fairly large for such a compact unit.
