5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas To help with assembly.... 2 de noviembre de 2016

I've read all the reviews about how hard these spa steps are to assemble so I figured I should write a review to show how I did it to help others who decide to buy.
Once I did figured it out (which did take some time) it was simple... First start with the bottom step for stability. Insert the back of the step (as shown in the pic) then step on the front. Snaps right in. Then do the same with the top step. Took me less than five minutes on my own (no help).
Hope this helps😊

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Very nice material and color 31 de diciembre de 2014

Very nice material and color. Assembling is a little tricky. I tried using a mallet, but it did not help. But, when I rubbed a little dishwashing soap on each corner going into main frame, and my husband stomped hard on the step being placed, it finally snapped in place. So, be patient, but it is a strong and good looking step. Be sure to see instructions printed on the box regarding which step goes on top depending on the shape of your hot tub.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Great product, great price - just needs a stomp to lock steps into place 1 de marzo de 2016

This product is a great price for what it is. I moved into a new house and needed steps from a newly installed sliding glass door out to the patio. We aren't re-doing the patio for a year or so and just wanted something inexpensive to fill the gap of this long step down from the house to outside. These steps definitely have more uses than just for a spa.

As far as putting it together, I didn't have a problem at all. And I'm a 125lb woman.

1. Place the two sides about 3 feet apart with the back of the steps leaning up against a wall.
2. Determine if you want the back/upper step to be rounded or straight. Pick the appropriate step - you are given one of each.
3. For the back/upper step: Slightly lift the front of the step and put the back two sides in first.
4. Push down the front of the step as best as you can.
5. Wearing a sneaker or boot, stomp down on the front corners to lock them into place. I only needed to stomp each corner once or twice.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for front/lower step.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Nice Step 4 de junio de 2016

Nice step. My husband just stood on the pieces to snap them into place so no rubber mallet needed. Box said the max was 300 lbs but the weight capacity actually printed on the step says 350 lbs.

4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas the key to putting it together - stand on the edges! 29 de noviembre de 2015

Thank you to the people who explained how to put this together by STANDING on it! There are no instructions and it does not snap in easily. We were stumped and very frustrated until we read the reviews here. As one woman suggested, stand on the ends, one at a time, to have them snap in place. First line it up, as the picture shows, have another person holding, then with it near a wall or door for your support, stand on one edge of bottom step- it will snap into place, then do the same on other side of the step, then the edges of the top step. (find review where a woman explains exactly what she did, can't thank her enough.) Would have given it a 5, if the manufacturer had included these directions!
