Reseña del editor
Devin Marshall is alone and on the run from a coven of dark witches. New to the world of magic, Devin tries his best to outrun and outlast the coven he once swore loyalty to in order to save his soul. In a last ditch attempt at freedom he discovers help where he least expects it, but also manages to upset a pack of deadly werewolves along the way. Two supernatural cultures clash as Devin discovers hidden secrets about his past in an all or nothing attempt at survival. Coven of Wolves takes readers around the globe and back into time as a new universe of hidden societies, powerful witches, and sinister creatures dominate the landscape in their fight for control of an unsuspecting world.

Unfortunately the author's lack of experience is evident.
Typos and grammar mistakes are many and disrupting. Particularly annoying is the constant shift from past to present tense in the narrative, especially in the first part of the book.
The necessary world building information is very clumsily handled. Devin's powers seem to conveniently grow when he is faced by a new peril.
Characterization is shaky at times: Tobias is quite pale for a lead; we are never explained why Nicholas attacked Devin; the sudden appearance of Devin's mother, sober and loving, feels contrived.
Some plot twists, especially the last two ones, also appear contrived.
The M/M romance theme is explicit but not all-encompassing. Sex scenes are absent but I did not miss them: the romance between the two leads is perfectly satisfying as it is.
Although this novel is self contained and sports a good "happy for now" there might be openings for a sequel.
This is really a Paranormal story but I can understand why the author wouldn't call it that. This is not Gay Romance! What it is, is a lovely tale of Wiccans, wolves and Goddesses.
This story is about how something shiney can be hiding something very dark. What a young Devin thought was saving him was almost his ruin.
Devin and Malik, the main protagonists, battle each other through a well told tale of Good vs Evil and the attention of a Goddess.
At the end of the day, it depends on Devin's purity of intent, his determination to save his family and honest faith in his Goddess.
Well Done Peter!
Definitely check this book out!
Also for those wondering, the author is already working on a sequel!
