We should cleanse once in while to get rid of toxins in our body. I find this book very useful and I really liked it when it covered the benefits of detoxification following it with different recipes for cleansing which are easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find in the market or in the groceries too.We can even make detox recipes out of what we have in the kitchen or in the fridge.
The section stating about eating green grapes though made me ask, what's the difference between green grapes and the purple ones. Green grapes are better, I would assume basing on what was specified on the book. I wish I was able to get a little explanation on that. Over all, I find this very helpful and would definitely refer to it once I am in the kitchen and wanted to make a smoothie. This is a good book about detoxification and is very helpful.
