Es muy bonita para la mesa. Aguanta horno alto (yo 275°).

I purchased this pizza stone so that I could use it in the oven and on the grill. I made some great pizzas for about 4 months in the oven. The stone cooked the pizza evenly, and was able to come right out of the oven without breaking, adapting very fast to changes in temperature.

The manual and directions say this pizza stone is safe to use on grills, including charcoal grills. Once summer hit I decided to use it on a charcoal grill. I placed the pizza stone on the rack in the grill and left the grill to heat up. Once the stone got to an acceptable temperature I put the pizza on and put the top of the grill back on, so the pizza could cook. 5-10 minutes later, I go to check on things, and I hear a small *click* and I noticed the pizza stone has split right down the middle. I finish cooking the pizza (which came out great, I must say), and try to contact Emile Henry.

I use the email address listed on the booklet that came with the pizza stone. 4 days response. I use their online form to submit a claim and I get a standard-issue response saying that all Emile Henry produects are made with French clay, my product may be covered under a 10 year warranty, yada yada. Turns out I have to send the pizza stone in to be "inspected" to see if there was a manufacturing defect. Anybody looking at the pizza stone can figure out the stone wasn't dropped (the break was a slightly meandering line, as opposed to straight lines if the stone was dropped), but I send the pizza stone in anyway since I paid ~$50 for it and shipping to their US headquarters was ~$12. Like I was told, I put tracking (and insurance) on the item, and send it to the correct address. Almost a month later, I haven't received a replacement nor has anybody responded to any of my emails I have sent the company. I do not know if I will be getting a replacement stone, and their customer service is pretty terrible.

this stone has become indispensable. pizza comes out crisp & perfect. clean up is a breeze. functionally it is super easy (with no possible messes) as of the handles to place a pizza into the oven - i always struggled placing it directly onto the rack. multiple uses - i have found it can be a hot plate (those are boiling working glasses of pickled ginger and in that picture i had cooked 3 pizzas already so one can see it cleans up like new).

We love this pizza stone. We use it in our kitchen oven. The "non-scratching finish" claims are a bit hyperbolic, but overall it is fantastic for making pizza. We have made at least 30 pizzas on it so far and it is going great. Cleans up well. This is our family's second pizza stone. The Emile Henry stone is clearly superior, as the first pizza stone (cheap brand) cracked in half while in the oven with a pizza cooking on it at 450 degrees. You get what you pay for. Emile Henry is a well known, highly respected brand. We love this stone and would recommend it to anyone.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Best Pizza Stone I've ever used 6 de junio de 2016

I first received this pizza stone 5 years ago as a wedding present. My husband and I learned to make our own pizza by using pre made pizza dough and covering it in whatever toppings we wanted. Our home made pizzas were delicious and better than delivery. Then we started trying other options. You can put this baby on the grill to make bbq pizza, flat bread, etc... Also it makes frozen pizzas crispy and melty and way better than usual. On the occasion that we do have delivery pizza I've learned to reheat the left overs on this pizza stone so the pizza slices actually taste better the next day, instead of all soggy like when you microwave them. Needless to say we adored this kitchen tool staple, until I dropped it and it broke cleanly in half. I think we both cried a little. So without hesitation I knew we must replace it asap. I looked at Macy's, Williams Sonoma, and Bed Bath & Beyond, they were all kinda pricey, although I would have gladly paid anyway since this is the greatest pizza stone ever. But Amazon had the best price, and could get it to me before the weekend when the all too crucial pizza time usually happened. Since I've replaced it, we've used a dozen more times, and will use it many, many more. Also, you can pop it in the dishwasher, which I love.

This is an extremely well-made, high-quality pizza stone that's washable! The handles make it easy to lift in and out of a hot oven, and the glazed exterior makes clean-up a breeze. I have mainly used this stone for baking artisan breads (my husband and I love Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day) and the cornmeal or flour used to help the dough slide onto the stone simply brushes off after the bread is done baking. I ordered the Olive green color, and besides being one of my most prized kitchen staples, it's beautiful! If you're looking for a high-quality baking stone--look no further.
