This book is an easy read, and the message of righteousness can't be missed. It's stated over and over and over from every direction possible, and just by reading the book a transformation will be made. You will look at yourself and others differently and a sense of peace will be present that you didn't notice before.
However, at a deeper level, the pages on gratitude are life altering. Many writers teach the principle of gratitude and/or affirmations with the idea of affirming, or being grateful for something, you haven't experienced yet. The mind can't accept the statement as truth and immediately undoes any new thought you are working to affirm. Dr. Coffman provides a list of things to be grateful for and each one is phrased so beautifully that the mind can accept them as truths now as well as for the future. This list alone has the potential to provide healing to those that seek it.
It's a great read! I love the author's heart for it comes to life through the descriptions of his journey!
Thanks Dr. Coffman for sharing your life with me. May God bless you.
