Her need to win is even greater when she finds out that her snobby classmate Janie is her opponent. Bailey and her best friend Kevin develop an entire strategy for bribing and wooing their classmates' votes...a strategy that goes a little too far when Bailey tells a group of boys she had a head transplant as a child, and they want to see her scar!
As election day draws nearer, Bailey still wants to win. But, regardless of what happens, all she really wants is to know that her classmates and foster family think she's an okay person...
