The author does a good job covering all of the areas of concern I have had and I hear others in support groups express. She talks about buying clothes, plastic surgery, holidays, and so much more. I think one of the best chapter is the one on Friends and Foes. Sometimes you don't realize someone is actually trying to sabotage your success. As I said earlier, Education is everything - and so is an awareness.
My one criticism of the book is in the frequent typos, misspellings, and improper word choices. If you are not bothered by this and can read through them, you will have a lot to learn from this book. If this is something that bothers you and you feel you have a red pen in your hand while you are reading, you may be a bit frustrated. Hopefully, there will be an update making corrections and reducing the number of errors that should have been caught in editing.
