5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Great power controller and Surge protector in addition to it's Monitoring capabilities. 22 de abril de 2016

I had it's predecessor protecting my Entertainment System. This unit has turned the system off on line surges and requires only to be turned on and everything is back to normal. This equipment has many more features than any power controller I have tried.
5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Great Ongoing Monitor for Amperage and Voltage 16 de marzo de 2017

Works well. I need to monitor amperage (Power Draw) and voltage because I live in an old apartment with poor electrical service, particularly in the summer and my electronics need stable power. This helps me avoid overtaxing a circuit.

This is awesome. Now I can monitor exactly how much use my tanks take and better plan what I do so I don't overload my circuit or perhaps make the correct considerations about energy use. Much more convenient the the single source units that plug directly into the wall socket. I don't utilize all the functions and just monitor my wattage as I add components to the mix. Easy enough to press the on button with my foot and quickly illuminate the results to see what's happening. Getting another when available.

5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Amazing product 22 de abril de 2014

This item goes above and beyond in measuring power usage. They only improvement I could wish for is a flip-through setting that gives an individual measurement for each plug-in. It appears to only measure combined usage. So if one wanted to know individual consumption, they could only do so unplugging anything else it may be powering.

This is a great device; the right tools in the right place. Works great, provides a lot of information, very, very convenient. Totally recommend it. Much better than the stand alone Kill-o-watt device.

Having said that, there are two things I'd like to see improved: First, the backlight cannot be set to always on. This makes it considerably less convenient to retrieve the information it is always providing. Second, it runs a little hot. Generally that's a sign of wasted energy. Odd in such a device.
