Managers have almost a repulsion to mapping strategies with current reality obstacles or habitual organizational patterns that may act as constraints to execution. This is a good book to bring awareness to the issue as well as solutions.
The coverage and details dim all the other books on strategy execution I've read.
Highly recommended for anyone searching for ways to move to the next level in strategy execution.
