One thing to note: There is an entire section devoted to ramen based on the author's experience and taste. However, he transliterated all of the shop names, which makes them difficult to find, as the shops typically do not have Roman transliterations on the storefronts (at least, in my experience). It would be helpful if future editions included both the transliteration and the Japanese characters, I think.
