I rarely write reviews but thought this one was worth it. Grandma bought this for my now 4 year old when she was 1. It quickly became our go-to method of transportation to and from the park. She hated the stroller so this made the ride fun and she was obsessed with it. The wheels are definitely wobbly and loud, so I thought it wouldn't last. BUT, skip to four years later and my 18 month old is now obsessed with it and using it almost every day since she was 9 months. We leave it outside in a covered area (in LA so no rain or extreme weather) but have had the same batteries and other than peeling paint and discoloration, it still works great. Definitely a good purchase but buy early for first birthday as they will outgrow. We get looks/ compliments daily and kids of all ages love it.

4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas The car was pretty easy to moderate to assemble 15 de abril de 2015

I got this push car to surprise and sooth my 1.5 year old son after one particularly unpleasant trip to the dentist for him. His sprit needed a big lift and I thought this toy would cheer him up. And did it ever! He stepped into the seat right away and started turning the steering wheel with a big smile while his tears were still drying on his cheeks.

The car was pretty easy to moderate to assemble. I did it in about 20mins. The wheels do wobble occasionally due to their particular design when you push fast, as other reviewers have noted, but it's never been a problem for my son nor I. The only reason I notice it is because I've read about it in the reviews. However, I do have a problem with pushing the car on thick grass where the wheels can actually turn perpendicular and stop the car. It is pretty much stop and go on thick grass so I avoid grass as much as possible. For that reason, I am giving the car a four star. But to me that's a minor issue because most of the places I go to have pavement anyway where maneuvering is a breeze. My son loves pushing the car when the handle is lowered and one more thing I like about this car is that it is very photogenic. I am an amateur Photographer and the simple retro design and the color of this car just makes for amazing toddler pictures with my son. I would definitely recommend this product if you don't plan to use it much on grass or gravel.

2.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Front wheel wobble woes 11 de septiembre de 2015

Well I guess they haven't fixed the front wheel wobble. Mine wobbles so badly when I'm pushing my son in it (even on streets and sidewalks) that it is unusable. It's a shame because it is really adorable, the music is pretty hilarious, my 9 month old loves it, and the neighbors love to see him cruising down the street in it. Anyone got a solution to the wheel wobble?

I purchased this for my 2 year old grandson. He just turned 3 and it's still one of his favs. When he doesn't feel like scooting himself around, Mom or Dad can push it for a while. They are coming to visit and I thought it might be fun to surprise him with one here. It's a well made even though it's mostly plastic. Being well designed certainly helps. The steering wheel doesn't "function" but turns, which makes it easy to control when pushing it. The wheels in front "spin" so that when he is scooting, he controls the direction with those wheels. The handle in the back telescopes so when you're "parking" it the handle can be stowed out of the way. There are push buttons that are fun, including a spanky music track of about 4 different tracks. The driver door opens. The seat is wide and roomy. Super fun. Obviously I like this toy and would recommend it. :) Hope this helps!

I'll start off by saying that I made a big mistake...I didn't read the reviews before purchasing the radio flyer coupe bc of the reputation radio flyer had. After putting the coupe together and taking my son on his first stroll, the front wheels went ballistic. They did everything but normal. So I took the time to try and correct the problem, I took off the front end from the frame and then installed 2 snap rings on each tire rod at the top at the groove where it will ride on top of plastic inserts that come through front end. This will tighten the gap which won't allow for much play for the whole tire(s) assembly to spin so freely.
Now it rides smooth and "normal" as it should when spending 132$ for it.
Takes a little work but now my son completely enjoys his new ride. Hopefully Radio Flyer will fix this issue in the future which I've read that they are suppose to. Also hope past buyers will read this and try to give it a shot bc I know the issue is aggravating.
