She is the coauthor of Raw Food: A Complete Guide for Every Meal of the Day and Raw Desserts: Mouthwatering Recipes for Cookies, Cakes, Pastries, Pies, and More. She lives in Gothenburg, Sweden with her husband Sam Aziz and their daughter Saga. Irmela Lilja is a health and human resources journalist. She is a vegetarian whose diet includes a high percentage of raw foods. She is the coauthor of Raw Food: A Complete Guide for Every Meal of the Day and Raw Desserts: Mouthwatering Recipes for Cookies, Cakes, Pastries, Pies, and More, and lives in Stockholm with her daughter Ebele.

They are divided into snacks, breakfasts, entrees, desserts and so on, but raw foodists know that you can use any of these items at any time. The flaxseed crackers are very quick to make, resulting in crunchy crackers in a few hours. The raw lasagna made from mushrooms and spinach, you would think would be too soupy as the excess liquid is not removed, but it was a winner. The fruit porridge with celery was delicious and filling. The fluffy mousse made with avocado, a typical method in raw foods, was outstanding. I even made it with a Chinese lantern berry, as depicted in the picture and took my own picture of my own efforts.
This makes a good gift for anyone who is getting started in raw, especially as a gift to yourself.
