Drop Slot Safe offers a unique design to protect cash, receipts, deposit slips, keys and other valuables against theft and burglaries. Ideal for convenience stores, restaurants, bars, hotels/motels, small cash businesses, pawn shops, independent store fronts and not-for-profit operations. Security features include hardened solid steel construction with 12mm anti-pry door and 3mm body, bottom-side piano hinge, anti-fish slot, and dual-head keylocks. Safe also includes pre-drilled anchor holes and bolt-down kit. Steel body has a durable powder-coat finish. Interior dimensions are 5" x10-1/2" x 6-1/2". Safe weighs 22 lb. and offers a 0.25 cubic foot capacity.

The downgrade in rating is due to the company's customer service department. I wanted extra keys. I could not order them in any manner on the web site; it told me to call their customer service number. Four calls, the shortest wait time on hold was 23 minutes. The customer service rep said proudly that the wait was a substantial improvement over the 2 1/2 hours it used to be; not sure if that is something to advertise. They sent me a form to notarize and a link to return the form. The link did not work (it told me to call Customer Service) so I emailed it to them using their supplied address with all of the requested information. As I expected, they did not respond. So another call, another 27 minute wait on hold to get a rep. Yes, they had the email and notarized form, but no reason for not responding. It took another 20 minutes to check if the keys were available and take my credit card number. They said it would take 7-10 business days to receive the keys. I guess that the service center in Wisconsin does not use US mail or other delivery services nor does it have sufficient staff to process orders in a timely manner.
All of this is particularly irritating given that the phone greeting when you first reach them, and before the substantial time on hold, says that their goal is for you to be "completely satisfied with their service".
Bottom line: Good product, but if you need service, be prepared for long wait times.
