4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas ... this for a few weddings now and it works great. Feel solid but there are a few things ... 7 de julio de 2014

I've used this for a few weddings now and it works great. Feel solid but there are a few things I dislike. The padding on the strap sucks. It is overly bulky and I don't feel it offers any advantages. It also have a rubber/ribbed bottom. I'm assuming it is meant to keep the strap from sliding. Kind of sucks when I need to slide the bag to my front to get something. I was going to cut it off but decided to slide it far to one side so I don't have to deal with it.

The next issue is the inner pocket to star miscellaneous. Nice pocket except the way the strap is positioned, the zipper is awkward to open/close. Still works. They really should have attached the strap to the ends of the bag.

Overall, the bag is nice. It works really well for what I need when I photograph a wedding. I wish the black one wasn't so hard to find. I ended up having to buy the Pinestone. I carry it usually throughout the entire wedding day. My butt gets hot from it. Overall, I would recommend it.

I currently own the Think Tank Retrospective 10 camera bag and love it. But I recently purchased a couple of new lenses which made space inside my bag very cramped. Instead of buying the Retrospective 30 (larger version of my bag), I opted for the Retrospective Lens Changer 3 bag... and I'm very happy that I did! Now I have three options when I go on a shoot. I can use my Retrospective 10 if I plan to travel light (camera plus a lens or two), or I can use the Lens Changer bag if I want to use my camera on a strap and have three more lenses at my disposal, or I can carry both bags if I want to have all of my gear with me. This is much more versatile than having one large (heavy) bag to lug around.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this bag?

It looks great, is durable and just well thought out with every aspect.

I love that you can 'silence' the velcro. This is incredibly useful when rolling sound on location and you need to grab something really quick during the take.

Also, I travel a ton and need to pack just this bag nice and flat with nothing in it. I can easily remove the insoles at the bottom of the bag as they are attached by velcro and lay this puppy flat with all of my luggage.

Thinktank, always thinking!

It took me a month to decide to actually buy this bag because frankly, it's expensive for what it is. That being said, when it arrived I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the construction and features. It was put together with the serious amateur / professional in mind, and they thought of everything, including the rain cover. The neck strap is heavy duty and made for being able to carry in complete comfort and I actually fit 4 lenses into this bag rather than the 3 advertised. As a result, counting my two Nikon cameras, I am packing 6 lenses. Absolutely 2 thumbs up. These folks have identified their market and done it extremely well.

This bag can be a game changer! Its a much more stylish approach than a belt full of lens bags too :)
There's just enough room for either 3 lenses or 2 lenses and a flash, etc Plenty of space for a few extra batteries, card wallet, etc BUT you don't want to stuff it too full or else it becomes cumbersome. Its def not designed with quantity of gear in my mind. Perfect for events to walk around the city or park... do not hesitate to buy. Yo u may find bigger, but I dont think you will find better...
