4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Solid rails for an HK USC/UMP Carbine 30 de mayo de 2014

I just want to echo what a previous reviewer wrote about these rails. I purchased them for a real HK USC .45 ACP carbine, not an airsoft. Two of the three rails fit the USC perfectly while the longer rails doesn't fit at all. This is fine since I knew the longer one probably wouldn't fit. That still gives me two rails for ten bucks less than one aftermarket rail from HKParts. The screws actually seem better than the other reviewers have stated. I haven't used them hard but they seem to torque down just fine. To be safe I do have some OEM HK rail screws on the way; once they arrive I'll have a sturdy setup for less than half the price of the next cheapest aftermarket rails and much cheaper than OEM.

The only minor ding for me is that the rails seem a smidge large. Either that or the 'P' key of my Surefire X300 Ultra is too tight. I'm thinking the rail is slightly oversized since my Inforce APL is much snugger than it is on any other rails I have to attach them to.

But overall I'm satisfied with the product. My VFG fits just fine and they seem pretty sturdy. I can't complain for the price!

EDIT: The rail is within spec, just had the wrong rail key in my Surefire. Great rails for the very low price at Amazon.

I bought this product with the intent of installing it on my new red lion precision forend for a Kel-Tec Sub 2000. The rails are as expected, milspec black metal. The screws that came with this product are a joke. They fit nothing. I ended up having to order specialized grommets and get stainless screws from home depot. I was then able to apply some loc-tite and get the project finished. If they would have taken the time to make a normal sized screw or provide a real mounting kit I would rate this as 5 star. The product is fine, the mounting kit is unacceptable.
4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Rails are good, and heres a bonus, but the screws included..... 19 de marzo de 2013

Great rails. I bought them not knowing if they would fit an ATI eight sided free floating handguard, because ATI wants 30 bucks for a 6" rail. Bonus was, the longer rail fit exactly the bolt pattern needed. The two small ones would need the screw slots milled out and the bolt head cuts deepened as well.

HOWEVER, they sell the longs ones in a three pack, so I ordered more, and saved about a hundred bucks.

The screws? Neither metric or standard hex wrenches would work, nor the include wrench (ADUH), I was able to get a TORX head bit to work in the end.

EDIT TO ADD:

I did find a use for the short ones, I screwed, and epoxied them to the bottom of a SAIGA shotgun handguard to add a tacticool rail to it, I had to shim one end up, then screw it to the handguard, then I used epoxy to fill the gap, and seal this to the bottom of the handguard, a little flat black Krylon, and it turned a normal handguard into a TACTICOOL handguard, I used it to bolt a forward grip onto the shotgun.
4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas RUGER 556E and hole spacing 9 de febrero de 2013

If anyone (like me) who bought the Ruger 556E (essential) knows that only the top rail is included with this gun. They also know that Ruger charges an insane amount for their rails $25 each for 5" rail plus shipping (not to mention they are on backorder).

I bought these knowing that they would likely not fit my Ruger 556. On the 556 the rail mounting holes are approximately 2" apart so I was excited to find that the holes on the 2 smaller rails from Aamzon were approximately 4" apart; however, the holes barely line up don't by about 2mm. I should be able to grind the holes with very little effort. The holes on the larger rail are approximately 3 1/2" apart, so that's not going to work without drilling a new hole. The hardware included works perfectly! No washers, bolts, or other screws needed.

So with a "little" work you can pay $15 for these rails on Amazon or pay $75 plus shipping from Ruger and wait a month to get them. The rails you get from Ruger will fit perfectly but you are going to pay for it.
5.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Awesome Buy 16 de septiembre de 2012

Bought these for my new HK SL8-6. Extremely hard to find rails that weren't garbage or made for airsoft guns. They are the same quality as the ridiculously high priced ones from HK parts at 1/4 the price. Only three minor things I would change, the screws are a little loose fitting into the hand guard and the provided Alan wrench doesn't fit perfectly. Nothing a little Loctite and a quality Alan wrench can't fix. Also I wish the bottom rail was a few inches longer to cover the entire bottom section of the hand guard. I found a company in Canada called Dlask Arms that sells 9 inch long lower rails but didn't want to spring the extra money. Overall, these rails are a great buy for only 14 bucks, and if you don't think utg is good enough then you shouldn't be shopping on amazon for gun parts anyways. Would buy again.
