Things I liked about the book:
1) The innovation of using a hard cover means it holds up well in the workout/gym environment;
2) The accompanying videos that Dr. Perlus provides via the web that provide inspiration and motivation;
3) The step-by-step, flexible approach to training with forms to record changes and improvement;
Trainers and coaches can incorporate this book into their clients' routines. Fitness enthusiasts can use this book to focus their training.
This is a good book that I use and would recommend to others.
