3.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Flag Pole 3 de mayo de 2016

This product arrived with zero instructions on how it was to be set up. It had one clasp for the top of the flag, a clear plastic tube, and a rubber washer at the bottom. I called the supplier and they had no clue as to how it worked. Frustrated, I ordered two adjustable ring clasps so I could at least make the pole work. To this day I'm not sure what the clear plastic tube is for. The pole is up now, the flag is flying, but I had to spend an extra fourteen bucks to make it happen. On a scale of ten, this experience barely scores a three.

2.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Slips and slides. 25 de abril de 2016

Not so thrilled with this flagpole. This is actually the third flagpole one I have purchased. The others snapped in the wind, so I decided to go with metal this time. While it has held up with the wind, it is already starting to rust a bit at the top and that non-slip slider thing it pathetic. My flag spends more time at the base of the pole then at the top. What's the point in having a flag if you can't see it and the flag is all bunched up? The entire mechanism, from the clip to the plastic piece it claims stops slippage, just slides to the bottom. We have tried replacing the plastic piece that's supposed to keep the no-slip piece in place, but it doesn't last very long.
4.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas Attractive pole for my garden flags 22 de octubre de 2016

I have just received and put into use this aluminum pole for my garden flag and am happy with it. I am not giving it five stars yet, because I need to see how it holds up under very windy conditions. From previous reviews, I see that purchasers have been confused by the mechanics of the pole. To keep the anti-wrap plastic sleeve from sliding down the pole, you must work the rubber ring up the pole to the end of the sleeve; then the sleeve will not slide down to the bottom. It takes wiggling the rubber ring, first one side, then the other, to get it in place. Most garden flags come with a white tab inside the banner, at the top, with a hole in the tab; use the clip at the top of the pole to secure the tab. I hope that helps those who were confused.

2.0 de un máximo de 5 estrellas like it was advertised 11 de septiembre de 2016

Didn't come with hardware clip at the ball end as shown in the picture. So I had to spend the extra $8 to buy two to secure the flag. The only problem now is that the pole is no not an anti-wrap design, like it was advertised. Will only be a season flag pole since I have a second that works properly. Obviously QC is terrible.
